⚡ Discover Our Peak Power Programs!
Our Peak Power programs are designed to help you maximize explosive strength and speed in the shortest time possible. Using simple, affordable, and highly effective training methods, these programs ensure you get results without complicated or expensive solutions.
📅 Program Structure:
This is a 9-week program divided into 3 blocks of 3 weeks each. From block to block, volume (sets and reps), intensity (weight and effort), and exercise selection are adjusted to help you develop optimally throughout the 9 weeks while keeping the training fresh and engaging.
🏊♂️ Who It’s For:
These sessions are perfect for swimmers who feel strong but want to unlock true explosive power or take their explosiveness to the next level. Whether you follow these workouts on their own or add them to your current strength routine, you’ll see rapid progress in developing explosive power.
Additionally, the program adapts slightly based on how often you train per week: the complexity of exercises may increase, but 99% of the exercises are achievable for everyone. If it ever happens that you find an exercise too complex, you can reach out through an online platform like Instagram, TikTok, or Gmail so we can discuss how to approach it. Please note, I do this to ensure you get the most out of the program you purchased. This is not individual coaching; if personalized guidance is what you’re looking for, you would need to join the membership.
💪 What You’ll Gain:
🏋️♂️ Unlock Your Athletic Potential – Train your body to perform at its highest level.
💥 Build Transferable Strength and Power – Generate more force with every stroke and swim faster with explosive strength that directly carries over to the pool.
🧠 Mobility – Move with strength, control, and smoothness, not just flexibility, for maximum efficiency in the pool.
📝 Program Access:
The full program is provided as a Word document, so you can easily track your weights throughout the 9 weeks.
🏋️♂️ All You Need:
Access to a public gym. What you specifically need is described next to each version, depending on whether you train 2, 3, or 4 times per week.
