10 Weeks Peak Plan
This program is designed for swimmers who have a major goal within the next 10 weeks and want to use strength training to peak at the right moment. It’s also perfect for swimmers who are curious about our full membership but aren’t ready to commit yet. Experience firsthand how we help athletes reach their peak while receiving guidance and support every step of the way.
📈 Three Progressive Phases:
Weeks 1–4: Hypertrophy – Build a solid muscular foundation to prepare your body for more intense work.
Weeks 5–8: Strength & Power – Increase your force production and explosiveness in the pool.
Weeks 9–10: Peak Phase – Fine-tune your performance, sharpen your speed, and get race-ready.
Throughout all phases, volume, intensity, and exercise selection are strategically adjusted to ensure optimal progress while keeping sessions challenging and engaging. Every effective goal for athletic improvement: muscle growth, strength, power, speed, and mobility (not just flexibility) is incorporated into this 10-week plan.
💡 Why You’ll Experience Our Membership:
Even though this is a pre-designed program, you won’t be training alone. For 10 weeks, you have 24/7 access via Instagram, TikTok, or email to ask questions about technique, exercises, or adjustments to your workouts. The only difference from our full membership is that this plan is general and pre-built. Minor adjustments can still be made if certain exercises aren’t suitable for your gym or current level.
⚡ Choose Your Training Frequency:
Select whether you want to train 2, 3, or 4 times per week. Exercise complexity is tailored to your frequency, more sessions allow for slightly more advanced movements, while fewer sessions keep it achievable for everyone.

Access to a public gym is required. Specific equipment depends on your chosen frequency and plan, and exercises can be adapted if necessary.
